It happened on Wednesday, Feb. 26 approximately 8:15 p.m. in Shirley. Vincent Roscigno, 22, of Shirley, was driving a 2018 Hyundai sedan southbound on William Floyd Parkway, on the Sunrise Highway overpass, when the vehicle struck the victim in the roadway.  The victim, identified as Jordon Hubbard, 25, of Shirley, was transported to Long Island Community Hospital in East Patchogue where he was pronounced dead.
