Man Hiding Inside Long Island Building Charged With Burglary, Police Say An alleged burglar attempted to hide from police on Long Island before being tracked down and taken into custody without incident. Nassau County Police detectives responded to an alarm activation at M&R Hotel Management on Water Mill Lane in Great Neck shortly before midnight on Wednesday, Feb. 26. Upon arrival, officers found a shattered front glass window, police said. The search of the building was conducted, and Great Neck resident Michael Condori, was located attempting to hide inside the building.
