Woman Nabbed For Stabbing Man In Neck On Long Island, Police Say A woman was charged with attempted murder after allegedly stabbing a man in the neck with a knife while driving with him in a vehicle. The incident took place in Calverton around 12:15 a.m. on Sunday, July 24. According to the Riverhead Police, officers responded to a home on Fresh Pond Avenue for a report of a Hispanic man that approached the residence seeking help after being stabbed in the neck. The Riverhead Police Department reported that Kenneth Hamilton, age 47, of Wading River, was arrested for driving while intoxicated after his vehicle struck the cruiser.
