Infant Rescued From Hot Car At Long Island Walmart, Father Faces Charges
A man has been accused of endangering the welfare of his infant son after the child was found unattended in a vehicle at a Long Island shopping center. Nassau County Police said the incident occurred on Saturday, Nov. 23, at approximately 12:17 p.m. in Valley Stream. Officers responded to Walmart on Green Acres Road after receiving a report of a 10-month-old boy left alone in a car.
