It happened around 2:15 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 24 in Holtsville. The incident took place around 9:55 a.m., Wednesday, Nov. 6, when the driver of the vehicle lost control and drove through a fence and into a pool at a home on Sunnyvale Road in Port Washington, said the Nassau County Police. The car was only partially submerged and both people inside the vehicle were able to escape,  police said.  Additional details were not available.
