3 Store Clerks Charged In Nassau County Underage Alcohol/Tobacco Sales Detail
Three store clerks were charged in connection with an underage drinking and tobacco sales operation on Long Island. The detail took place on Thursday, Oct. 13 throughout Nassau County. The following people were arrested as a result of the operation: Iqbal Asim, age 30, of Bethpage allegedly sold a vaping product to a child at Evergreen located at 199 Merrits Road, Farmingdale. He was charged with unlawfully selling tobacco to a child. Anil Bansal, age 49, of Hicksville allegedly sold alcohol to a child at the Ultra Gas Station located at 3300 Hempstead Turnpike, Levittown. …

Two Long Island Store Clerks Charged With Selling Alcohol To Minors
Two store clerks were charged during an underage drinking enforcement detail conducted on Long Island. The two were cited for selling an alcoholic beverage to an undercover State Police operative under the age of 21 on Wednesday, Feb. 26. Arrested and charged with unlawful dealing with a child in the first degree and prohibited sale of an alcoholic beverage were: Anil Patwa, 66, of Albertson, a clerk at Fortune Smoke Shop, Old Country Road in Westbury. Man, Woman Nabbed For String Of Armed Robberies At Long Island Gas Stations
A man and woman are facing a host of charges following a string of armed robberies at Suffolk County gas stations over the past two months, police said. Copiague resident Juan Carlos Fernandez Espinal is being charged with eight robberies, with West Babylon resident Marta Rafalko allegedly being involved in four of them. Deer Park Man Sentenced For Running Over, Killing 18-Year-Old College Student From Levittown
A former FDNY employee from Deer Park will spend years behind bars after pleading guilty to killing an 18-year-old college student following a minor collision on the Hempstead Turnpike.
