Nassau County Man Indicted After Dead Kittens Found In Garbage Chute A Long Island man has been indicted on animal cruelty charges for allegedly mutilating several kittens and throwing their bodies into a garbage chute. Mineola resident Justin Visconti, 38, has been charged with four counts each of aggravated cruelty to animals and overdriving, torturing and injuring animals, following his arrest for allegedly abusing kittens last November.
