A woman has pleaded guilty to sending racially motivated death threats to a man in New York. Kristin Keeble, age 54, of Pageland, South Carolina, admitted to transmitting threats to injure another person across state lines, according to the US Attorney's Office of the Northern District of New York. Security was heightened at a Long Island elementary school after authorities discovered a threatening social media post. Riverhead Police said a parent contacted the agency at around 6:40 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 11, saying their child had found a Snapchat post making unspecific threats against “Pulaski Elementary School,” along with other schools. Queens Man Who Made Thousands Of Harassing Calls To Congressional Offices Sentenced
A Queens man who made more than 12,000 calls to dozens of Congressional offices and threatened to kill a staffer has been sentenced to more than a year in prison, federal authorities announced. Ade Salim Lilly, 35, was sentenced to 13 months in prison, followed by 36 months of supervised release for making threats and "conducting a campaign of pervasive harassing communications against members of Congress," according to the US Attorney's Office. A Long Island man is accused of threatening to harm a police officer with an assault rifle, authorities said. A Nassau County Police sergeant phoned Donald Schreiner, aged 34, of Oceanside, at 8:35 p.m. on Thursday, March 30 to follow up on a complaint Schreiner had submitted, according to police. 15-Year-Old Threatened Violence At Long Island School, Police Say
A 15-year-old Long Island boy is accused of making threats against a school in Commack. The teen was arrested after he allegedly threatened violence against Commack Middle School during an Instagram Live session Tuesday, May 31, Suffolk County Police said. He’s now facing charges of making a terrorist threat and aggravated harassment, police said. The boy is not a student at the school, according to investigators.
