4 Teens Break Into College Building On Long Island, Damage, Steal Property: Police Four teenagers are accused of breaking into a Long Island college building before damaging and stealing property. The break-in occurred at around 1 p.m. Wednesday, May 31, at the Dowling College building in Oakdale, located on Idle Hour Boulevard. According to Suffolk County Police, the suspects, all between the ages of 18 and 19, shattered a window on the Racanelli Learning Resource Center using bricks.
