Suffolk County Man Accused Of Driving Commercial Vehicle With Unsecured Cargo While Intoxicated A Long Island man was arrested and accused of driving a commercial vehicle with unsecured cargo while intoxicated. Telmo Ferreira, age 45, of Farmingville was charged with aggravated DWI and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the Tuesday, Oct. 5, incident, according to the Suffolk County Police Department.
