Donnelly announced Dino Tomassetti, age 30, of Brooklyn, was arraigned Monday, Feb. 7, on two counts of attempted murder and two counts of assault, among other charges. Tomassetti pleaded not guilty and was remanded to jail. He is due back in court on Tuesday, Feb. 23.
