'Mistaken Identity' Led To Father's Killing In Backyard Of Long Island Home, DA Says A case of mistaken identity led to a husband and father being gunned down in the backyard of his Long Island home, prosecutors said. Oliver Schor, age 22, and Christopher Fernandez, age 28, both of Sound Beach, were formally arraigned on murder charges in Suffolk County Court on Friday, Aug. 9, in the fatal shooting of Michael Hartmann.
