Police apprehended the man in connection to four larcenies that occurred on September 10, in the village Garden City. Suspect At Large After Teenager Shot In Broad Daylight On Long Island An investigation is underway after a teenager was shot in broad daylight on Long Island. The incident happened on Thursday, Oct. 8 at 4:50 p.m. in Rockville Centre. Officers from the Rockville Centre Police Department responded to a call on Meehan Lane for a male victim who was shot.  Upon arrival, officers located the 19-year-old who had been shot in his left leg, the Nassau County Police said.  The victim was transported to an area hospital for treatment of his non-life-threatening injuries.  The suspect fled the scene before police arrival.  The investigation is o…
