It happened around 2:15 a.m. Sunday, April 23 in Valley Stream. The suspect entered the BP gas station on Rockaway Avenue and approached the register where a 25-year-old man was working, Nassau County Police said. Titus Green, 27, of East Rockaway, is wanted by police in Nassau County on a violation of probation charge after he allegedly violated the court-ordered conditions.  Green was released following his arrest and later failed to appear for court proceedings, leading to a bench warrant for his arrest for violating his probation.
