In the Town of Oyster Bay, both directions of the Long Island Expressway will see overnight closures the week of Sunday, Oct. 27, according to the New York State Department of Transportation. Scheduled road work could spell delays for Long Island drivers in the coming weeks. Starting Wednesday, Nov. 15, one eastbound lane of the Ocean Parkway will close in the town of Babylon between the Gilgo State Park 4x4 entrance and the Robert Moses Causeway.
