4 Nabbed After Stealing $12K Worth Of Merchandise From Long Island Macy's, Police Say Four men are facing charges after allegedly stealing thousands of dollars in merchandise from a Long Island Macy’s store, authorities said. Officers in East Garden City were called at around 8:30 p.m. Monday, Jan. 9, with reports that four men had stolen items from the Macy’s at Roosevelt Field Mall before fleeing in a BMW, according to Nassau County Police. The men were spotted by police a short time later on Ring Road committing multiple traffic violations, police said.
