Man Seriously Injured In Chain Reaction, Three-Vehicle Crash In Suffolk
A motorcyclist suffered serious injuries in a crash that also involved two cars on Long Island.
It happened on Saturday, Oct. 5 at 11:50 p.m. in Bohemia.
Erica Edwards, 27, of Brentwood, was driving a 2009 Nissan Maxima westbound on Sunrise Highway, approximately 1,000 feet east of Pond Road, when her vehicle struck the median, Suffolk County Police said.
The driver of a 2015 Mercedes-Benz, Kelvin Bonilla, 23, of Brentwood, witnessed the crash and stopped his vehicle behind the Nissan, which was then struck by a 2006 Suzuki motorcycle, according to police.
