New Update: Missing Long Island Woman Has Reportedly Been Seen New update: A Long Island woman who was reported missing late last week has reportedly been seen, according to authorities. Milinda Carman, age 41, of Miller Place, who was reported missing on Thursday, March 30, has been seen in the Southampton/Quogue area as recently as Sunday, April 2, Suffolk County Police reported in an update early Monday morning, April 3.  Detectives are asking anyone with information on her location to call 911 or the Fifth Squad at 631-854-8540.
