Suspect Nabbed, ID Released For Woman Fatally Stabbed Near Long Island Restaurant A suspect has been apprehended and the identity has been released of a woman who was fatally stabbed behind a Long Island restaurant. Nassau County Police Fifth Precinct officers responded for a 911 call for a stabbing in the rear of La Candela Restaurant in West Hempstead located at 205 Hempstead Turnpike at around 12:05 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 29. 4 Hospitalized After Fight At Valley Stream Bar Spills Out Onto Street Four people were hospitalized after a fight at a Long Island bar spilled out into the street. The chain of events begin around 3:30 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 3 Valley Stream. When Nassau County Police Fifth Precinct officers responded to North Central Avenue and West Merrick Road for a large disturbance, they located the four victim who suffered  from lacerations and stab wounds.
