A 31-year-old Long Island man is facing multiple charges after police say he used a chair and cell phone to record a woman showering. According to Nassau County Police detectives, Paul Cotugno, of Valley Stream, entered the rear yard of the 25-year-old woman's residence on Mineola Avenue in Valley Stream on Saturday, Jan. 4 at about 10:12 p.m. Cotugno then used the chair to look into the bathroom window to record the woman showering with his cell phone., police said.
