Long Island School Bus Crash: 7 Students Injured After Vehicle Hits Patch Of Ice, Tree Seven students ranging in age from 7 to 19 sustained injuries after the bus they were riding in hit a tree after hitting a patch of ice. The crash occurred in Mill Neck around 8:20 a.m. on Frost Mill Road. According to Brookville Police Supervisor Frank Discala, the bus, which was traveling to the Mill Neck Manor School for the Deaf, hit a patch of ice, and hit a tree.  There were nine people on the bus, including the driver and aide, and the seven students, Discala said. These Long Island Zip Codes Rank Among State's Most Expensive, New Report Says A number of Long Island zip codes were ranked among top 50 places with the most expensive homes in New York state, according to a new report. Stacker.com published the ranking on Tuesday, April 5, using the Zillow Home Values Index for all homes as of February of 2021.
