Nassau County Police say the suspect was apprehended late Monday afternoon, Oct. 14, in Uniondale. While inside the store in Merrick located at 2160 Merrick Mall, on Monday, July 8., he forcibly touched a 36-year-old woman before fleeing the store in an unknown direction, Nassau County Police say.
