Twisted Greek – located in East Northport at 1972 Jericho Turnpike – opened in late May 2024. Its menu boasts a number of Greek-inspired offerings, including pork, chicken, or beef and lamb gyros with pita bread, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and tzatziki sauce. 30-Year-Old Dies In 2-Vehicle Crash In East Northport Police are investigating after a 30-year-old man died in a two-vehicle crash on Long Island. The crash happened on Jericho Turnpike near Verleye Avenue in East Northport at about 9:40 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 13, according to the Suffolk County Police Department. Police said Gary Skaats, of East Northport, was riding a 1998 motorcycle west on Jericho Turnpike when the motorcycle crashed into a 2012 Honda SUV that was attempting to turn left from the eastbound lanes into a parking lot. Two Suffolk County Store Workers Accused Of Selling E-Liquid Nicotine To Minors Two employees of Long Island businesses were arrested and accused of selling e-liquid nicotine to minors.  Police arrested 21-year-old Marvin Navarro Villeda, and 50-year-old Rachid Elassab, both of Queens, on Monday, Feb. 28 following an investigation, according to the Suffolk County Police Department. SCPD said police received numerous complaints from members of the community about the sale of vapes and e-cigarettes to minors. Suffolk County Police said a man and woman stole a Louis Vuitton purse that contained cash and credit cards from a shopping cart at Stop and Shop, located at 3126 Jericho Turnpike, on May 10 at approximately 10:50 a.m.  The two drove away in a red sports utility vehicle, said police.
