Man Accused Of Exposing Himself To Woman In Bay Shore JC Penney Authorities asked the public for information about a man who is accused of exposing himself to a woman in a Long Island store. A man exposed himself to a woman who was working at JC Penney, located in the Westfield South Shore Mall in Bay Shore, at about 3 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 30, Suffolk County Crime Stoppers reported on Monday, Dec. 19. Suffolk County Crime Stoppers is offering a cash reward for information that leads to an arrest.  Tips can be submitted by calling 1-800-220-TIPS.

Long Island Mall Sells For Nearly $30M, Report Says The Sunrise Mall on Sunrise Highway on Long Island sold for nearly $30 million, a fraction of what it went for when it was previously sold in 2005. Sunrise Mall Holdings LLC, a joint venture led by Manhattan real estate investment trust Urban Edge Properties, paid $29.7 million to purchase the Massapequa mall from Westfield, the company announced this week.
