Long Island Woman Observed Driving Over Double-Yellow Lines Charged With DWI, Sheriff Says A late night Thanksgiving traffic stop of a swerving driver led to the arrest of a woman on Long Island for alleged impaired driving, police said. Islip Terrace resident Jacqueline O’Neill, 30, was stopped by a Suffolk County Sheriff’s deputy shortly before 1 a.m. on Thursday, Nov. 28, when she was spotted crossing the double yellow line on North Ocean Avenue repeatedly in Brookhaven. During the subsequent traffic stop, it was determined that O’Neill “demonstrated clues while performing standardized field sobriety tests indicating she was intoxicated.” O’Neill was arrested and transported …
