Attempted Kidnapping: Man Grabs Woman On Long Island, Police Say Police arrested a man on Long Island after he allegedly hid in a garbage can and tried to kidnap a woman outside of her place of work. It happened in Rockville Centre on Wednesday, April 3, according to Nassau County Police. At approximately 6 a.m. that day, 56-year-old Isaac Diaz Tollinchi was hiding in a garbage pail while his victim, a 48-year-old woman, walked towards her place of employment.
