Deer Culled At William Floyd Estate Results In Donation Of 500 Pounds Of Venison To Food Bank
The National Park Service finished the initial phase of deer removal operations at the William Floyd Estate on Fire Island. A total of 25 deer were culled with more than 500 pounds of venison donated to Island Harvest, a food bank in Hauppauge.
