A Queens man who made more than 12,000 calls to dozens of Congressional offices and threatened to kill a staffer has been sentenced to more than a year in prison, federal authorities announced. A man was airlifted to a nearby hospital with injuries after he dove off the front of his boat in a Long Island bay. It happened in Wantagh on Sunday, July 7, Nassau County Police said.
