On Thursday, Nov. 12, Brian Tillis, 49, surrendered himself to the Southold Police Department after failing to report a move from Fisher’s Island to Groton, Connecticut, earlier this year. Police said that Tillis was charged with failing to register an address change as a convicted sex offender, also known as Megan's Law. CT Man Killed In Crash At Fishers Island A Connecticut man died in a fatal car crash on Long Island. Troopers responded on Saturday, Aug. 21 at around 2 a.m. to East End Drive on Fishers Island. which is located in Southold, to the crash. Kevin Brown, 27, of Baltic, Connecticut had sustained significant head trauma after reportedly falling from the trunk of a 2011 Hyundai Genesis, according to New York State Police at the Troop L barracks. Brown was taken to Lawrence and Memorial Hospital in New London where he died from his injuries, police said. The driver and the vehicle involved were located on Fishers Island and police are …
