A well-known mother of three from the region who was a member of the William Raveis Real Estate Company family is being remembered for her kindness and impact on the community where she lived. Massachusetts native Meghan Raveis, age 45, died on Friday, June 23 after she was struck by a vehicle while walking near her Connecticut residence in the town of Fairfield in the 500 block of Redding Road. A Fairfield County man who is facing charges after authorities said he yelled and threw a drink at employees of an area smoothie shop has been fired from his job at Merrill Lynch, according to a new report.
