The incident took place around 1 a.m., Monday, Aug. 2, when German Ramirez and Ismael Rodriguez-Rosado became involved in an argument on the property of Mi Nuevo Encanto, located at 65 Carleton Ave., in Central Islip, Suffolk County Police said.
