A Long Island business owner is facing multiple charges after allegedly siphoning hundreds of thousands of dollars from customers and another company for personal expenses.
Mark Ripolone, age 35, of Montauk, was arraigned in Suffolk County Court on Wednesday, May 3, on charges of grand larceny and identity theft, according to the district attorney’s office.
He was the owner of “123 Delivery,” a food delivery service, and a beach service company called “Hampton Management Group,” which provided luxury beach chair setups and decorations for special events.

Long Island Man Charged With DWI After Passenger Injured In Fiery Crash, Police Say
A Long Island man has been arrested for alleged DWI following an early morning crash that caused the vehicle to burst into flames and left a woman seriously injured.
The crash took place around 3 a.m., Monday, July 19, in Montauk on Route 27 (Montauk Highway), said Det. Sgt. Daniel Toia with the Town of East Hampton Police Department.
According to Toia, Wilme Chan-Herrera, age 26, of Mastic, was driving a 2019 GMC Terrain westbound on Montauk Highway when he lost control of the vehicle, striking a guard rail and a tree.

Man Charged After Fleeing Crash That Killed Long Island Mom, Police Say
A man has been arrested in connection to a fatal hit-and-run that killed a mother on Long Island.
Mark A. Corrado Jr., 28, of West Babylon, was arrested by. East Hampton for leaving the scene of an incident that killed a 36-year-old mother who was pushing her kids in a stroller in Amagansett, around 11:45 a.m., Wednesday, Jan. 13, said Captain Chris Anderson.
According to Anderson, Corrado was driving east on Montauk Highway near Bunker Hill Road in a 1997 Dodge pickup when he struck Yuris Murillo Cruz, who was with her 1-year-old and 4-year-old children.
