Long Island Man Accused Of Disguising, Selling Fentanyl, Heroin, More
A Long Island man has been charged for reportedly selling heroin, cocaine, oxycodone, and fentanyl, leading to at least one overdose death.
The indictment against Ryan Mueller of Lynbrook was announced by the United States Attorney’s Office Eastern District of New York on Thursday, April 4.
Over the last few years, Mueller, age 32, is accused of conspiring with several other unnamed people to distribute controlled substances like heroin and cocaine.
According to the USAO, Mueller’s conspiring is related to the December 2022 death of a 49-year-old victim.

A Long Island couple has been criminally charged after a 14-month-old boy died from a suspected fentanyl and cocaine overdose.
Wilkens Adonis and Daryllee Leibrock, both age 38, of Holbrook, were arraigned on dozens of drug and weapons charges in Suffolk County Court on Wednesday, Jan. 24.
Emergency crews were called to the couple’s Holbrook home on Wednesday morning, Jan. 3, for an unresponsive child. When they arrived, police found Adonis, Leibrock and their toddler son, Joseph, in the couple’s bedroom.

Three people were arrested for possessing thousands of dollars and multiple alleged illicit substances during a Long Island investigation, police announced.
On Wednesday, Aug. 9, Nassau County Police announced that an inquiry into a fatal overdose led to the arrest of the following:
Alia Salway, age 23, of Freeport;
Andy T. Salazar, age 23, of Freeport; and
Estiven Membreno, age 18, of Roosevelt.

Garden City Park Man Charged In Nassau County Overdose Investigation, Police Say
A 41-year-old man was charged following an investigation into fatal and non-fatal overdoses on Long Island, police said.
Calvin Beider, of Garden City Park, was arrested in Hicksville at 7:10 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 25, the Nassau County Police Department said.
Detectives were investigating the overdoses of Nassau County residents, which led to Beider's arrest, police said.
Beider was charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and two counts of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, authorities said.
