Steven Frigand, age 58, of North Massapequa, pleaded guilty to drug and weapon charges in Nassau County Court on Monday, July 29. Police were called to his Sussex Avenue apartment shortly before 1 a.m. on Aug. 20, 2023 after neighbors called 911 reporting multiple gunshots. Stacy Wilder, age 49, of Albany, served nearly six years in federal prison after pleading guilty to conspiracy to possess and distribute cocaine in the Northern District of New York in January 2003. She received a full pardon from the president. Ronald Opolu, age 23, of Baldwin, was arrested around 9 p.m., on Monday, March 8, in Roosevelt following on drug and weapons charges as well as fleeing from police, said the Nassau County Police. Trio Charged After Shots Fired Into Long Island Home, Police Say Three men are facing charges following a lengthy investigation into shots that were fired and struck a Long Island home, police said. Nassau County Police detectives were called to investigate a report of shots fired on 2nd Street in East Meadow shortly before 2:45 a.m. on Sunday, May 19.
