With the Trump Organization expected to face a criminal indictment this week, one of the nation’s top legal experts said that it could be "devastating" for the former president, and could potentially lead to bankruptcy for the company. The Manhattan District Attorney’s Office has informed lawyers for the Trump Organization that it could be facing criminal charges as soon as next week. According to reports, charges stemming from allegations of tax evasion over compensation paid out to top executives could be filed as soon as Monday, June 28.
