Two Hospitalized Following Fights At LI Community Housing Center, Police Say Two people were hospitalized with injuries following two fights at a community housing center on Long Island. The assaults took place around 9:48 p.m., Wednesday, Dec. 29, when Riverhead Police responded to the Community Housing Innovations, located at 624 Roanoke Ave., police said. When officers arrived, one man was transported to Peconic BayMedical Center by the Riverhead Volunteer Ambulance Corp for treatment of a minor head injury, officers said.
