Burglar Nabs $5K From Pair Of Long Island Businesses; Reward Offered For Info Police are asking for help in identifying a commercial burglary suspect who helped himself to thousands of dollars from a pair of Long Island businesses. Suffolk County Police said the break-ins occurred at around 5:30 a.m. Thursday, May 2, in Lindenhurst, at two businesses on Wellwood Avenue. Surveillance footage showed the suspect, clad in all black clothing and a black face mask, forcibly entering Paris 1 Nail Salon through a rear door.  He stole nearly $1,000 in cash before hitting the neighboring business, Vicky’s Casa del Sabor, where he grabbed another $4,000 from the register.…

5 Charged In Burglary At Moe’s Sweet Air In Bayport Five suspects, including a 17-year-old, were arrested in connection with a commercial burglary on Long Island. The break-in happened at around 4:30 a.m. Sunday, May 5, in Bayport at Moe’s Sweet Air, located on Bernice Drive near Montauk Highway. Ram Truck Stolen From Long Island Business Found Crashed, Police Say Police are investigating a commercial burglary on Long Island that involved the theft of a 2018 Ram truck. The burglary occurred around 6:15 a.m., Friday, April 2, at the Firestone Store, located at 5200 Sunrise Highway in Massapequa, said the Nassau County Police.
