IDs Released For Pilot, Passenger On Plane That Made Southern State Parkway Emergency Landing Authorities have identified the two people who were onboard a small plane that made a crash landing on a Long Island highway. The incident happened at around 11:45 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 20, on the Southern State Parkway in Babylon.
