New Update: Missing Long Island Woman Has Reportedly Been Seen New update: A Long Island woman who was reported missing late last week has reportedly been seen, according to authorities. Milinda Carman, age 41, of Miller Place, who was reported missing on Thursday, March 30, has been seen in the Southampton/Quogue area as recently as Sunday, April 2, Suffolk County Police reported in an update early Monday morning, April 3.  Detectives are asking anyone with information on her location to call 911 or the Fifth Squad at 631-854-8540. Man Found In Possession Of Loaded Handgun During Roosevelt Traffic Stop, Police Say A 20-year-old man is facing charges after police said he was found in possession of a handgun after attempting to run away during a traffic stop. The incident happened in Roosevelt at about 8:10 p.m. on Monday, May 9, according to the Nassau County Police Department. NCPD said officers pulled over a 2021 Jeep Wrangler at the corner of Park Avenue and East Clinton Avenue after the vehicle failed to obey a stop sign. Police asked the three occupants of the Jeep to exit the vehicle, and a rear passenger tried to run away from the scene before he was stopped by officers, authorities said. …

In Nassau County, officers on patrol stopped a 2021 Jeep Wrangler shortly after 8 p.m. on Monday, May 9 in Roosevelt when the driver blew through a stop sign near the intersection of Park Avenue and East Clinton Avenue.
