Seen Her Or This Car? Silver Alert Issued For Missing Long Island Woman A Silver Alert has been issued for a missing Long Island woman who has clinical depression and may have early-stage Alzheimer’s. Evelyn Fiscina, age 83, was last seen on Galway Place, located in the hamlet of West Hills in the town of Huntington, on Thursday, Oct. 7 at approximately 2 p.m., Suffolk County Police said. Fiscina is approximately 5-foot-1, 140 pounds with green eyes and gray hair.  She was last seen driving a 2017 blue Toyota Camry with New York registration HRF-4297.
