Miguel Martinez is wanted by New York State Police and Nassau County Court for criminal possession of marijuana after he was arrested for possession of a forged instrument on July 3, 1993.
A bench warrant was issued for Martinez’s arrest by the court on Sept. 24, 1993, after he failed to appear in court to respond to the charges.
Martinez, 57, was described by investigators as 5-foot-11 weighing approximately 150 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
