Police are searching for the driver of a sedan who struck a teen on a bicycle and drove away in Copiague.

The incident took place around 7:40 p.m., Tuesday, June 11 on Louis Street in Copiague, when a teen girl was hit, said the Suffolk County Police.

A neighbor’s door security camera reportedly captured the incident.

The girl was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries, police said.
