Suffolk County Police say they received a call reporting that two men were shot in front of 18 Emerald Lane North in Amityville around 3:20 a.m. on July 4, 2016.
Following a series of investigations, Homicide Squad detectives arrested Adrian Harrison and charged him with second-degree murder on Monday, June 3.
Harrison will be held overnight at the First Precinct pending his Tuesday, June 4 arraignment at First District Court in Central Islip.
