David Cardone, of Bethpage, was arrested on Saturday, April 3, for the incident which took place on a field at Bethpage Middle School, said the Nassau County Police.
According to police, four girls ranging from 12-13 years old were walking on the field at Bethpage Middle School located at 500 Broadway when they spotted Cardone with his pants open, exposing himself.
Cardone was inappropriately touching himself, police said.
The victims notified police and officers responded.
A thorough investigation was conducted Cardone was arrested.
Cardone was charged with three counts of public lewdness, and three counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
He was arraigned in Mineola on Sunday, April 4,
