The Nassau County Police Department is attempting to locate 25-year-old Jevaughn Smart aka Watson Vergares, who is wanted by the Nassau County Court on a charge of second-degree criminal possession of a loaded firearm outside of his home or business.
Police investigators described Smart as a 6-foot-3 African American man weighing approximately 245 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. Police said that anyone who spots Smart should not attempt to confront him.
Anyone with information regarding Smart’s whereabouts, or who recognizes her, has been asked to contact investigators at the Nassau Police Department by calling (516) 573-7524 or 911.
