Kelvin Euceda, of Greenport, was arrested around 11:49 p.m., Monday, Nov. 11, following the attack on Front Street, said the Southold Police.
According to police, the victim, a 35-year-old male, was walking on the sidewalk on Front Street and was attacked by Euceda, police said.
Euceda struck the man several times in the face and head area with a closed fist, causing the victim to have a swollen left eye as well as his front tooth partially dislodged, police said.
The victim refused medical attention at the scene.
Euceda was located in the parking lot on Adams Street and was arrested and charged with assault with intent to cause physical injury.
