The balloon rides are a highlight of this "one-of-a-kind" two-day event with more than 140 local artisans and food vendors in an outdoor marketplace, family amusements, and games, said the mall's director of Marketing and Business Development Ann Schultz.
The festival runs Friday, July 12 from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. and Saturday, July 13 from 2 p.m. to 11 p.m.
The mall partnered with Bold Media the Summer Festival, an event Co-owner Andrew Adams said will "become a flagship event of summer on Long Island."
Festival admission is free for children under 12 years of age and $5 for all others at the door.
