A woman was killed after her vehicle left a road and caught fire early Sunday, Sept. 6, New York State Police said. Troopers from the Monroe barracks came upon the vehicle fire on Cedar Cliff Road in the Town of Monroe, Orange County around 2:26 a.m., police said.
