Capital Region Woman Involved In Wrong-Way Crash Nabbed For Driving Drunk A Capital Region woman was nabbed for alleged drunk driving and vehicular assault after crashing into another vehicle while driving the wrong way on a busy highway. The incident occurred in Albany at 1 a.m., Saturday, Oct. 12, on the I-87 Thruway. The incident happened at around 11 p.m. Tuesday, May 21, in Albany’s West Hill neighborhood, near First and Ontario streets.
