Delta will enter a new partnership with Uber and allow SkyMiles customers to earn rewards on rides, ending the airline's longtime relationship with Lyft, officials said. Florham Park police officers completed an Uber Eats delivery last month after the driver was arrested on a warrant during a traffic stop. Submerged Car Leaves Delivery Driver Stranded
Michael Torto, a Newark resident, was leaving the gym when he discovered his Honda Accord was halfway immersed in water. For Torto, who works as a delivery driver for Doordash and Uber Eats when he's not attending school at Harvard University, his car is his "prized possession" and necessary for his income. Police captured a gun-toting Uber Eats deliveryman who carjacked a driver in Dumont and then crashed during Wednesday night's snowstorm, authorities said Thursday. A Hackensack woman who'd just received food from an Uber Eats driver found him masturbating outside her house -- and took a cellphone video for police who tracked him down.
